ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS

Two additional letters of objection have been received, from the occupiers of a properties which have previously submitted representations on this scheme. As such, letters of objection have been received from the occupiers of seven properties. The objection submitted is on the following grounds:

(a) The scheme was previously refused at appeal

(b) The impact on the slow worm colony

(c) Car parking concerns

(d) Insufficient bin storage, which would impact the character of the area

(e) Position of bike store would impact on light into garages, and prevent repairs

(f) Effect on right of way

AMENDMENT TO OFFICER REPORT

An amended plan has been received which reduces the width of the garden of Plot 2, relocates the bike store to the rear boundary of Plot 2, and provides a landscaping area to the front of the application site to prevent the area being used for parking.

AMENDMENT TO RECOMMENDATION

Condition 02 amended to read:

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out only in accordance with the following approved plans and other submitted details:

Site Plan - Received 02.09.2020

Proposed Plans and Elevations (Rev F) - Received 27.09.2021

REASON: To ensure that the development is carried out only as approved by the Local Planning Authority.
